Non-Customized Items
You have 7 days from you date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange for non-customized items. Please include your original packing list in the box with your return or exchange as well as indicate if you would like a refund or exchange. After we receive the returned items, we will issue a refund via your selected original payment method. If you choose to exchange your item, we will ship your replacement as soon as we receive your item.
Returned Items must have original tags and be returned in original packaging. Returned items must have no visible sign of wear or use. Discounted item sales are final.
CSB Customized Items
Customized items are not eligible for return or exchange with the exception of special circumstances. Please include your original packing list in the box with your return or exchange as well as indicate if you would like a refund or exchange. After we receive the returned items, we will issue a refund via your selected original payment method. If you choose to exchange your item, we will ship your replacement as soon as we receive your item.
Special Circumstances
Defective or Damaged Products will be replaced free of charge for all items. If you experience a problem with defective or damaged products, please contact cbarnard@csbdesigns.com.
Shipping Charges
Shipping expenses for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer with the exception of special circumstances.
